We're a small, family-run business based in Wayne, PA. We consider ourselves a ReCommerce website, meaning we buy electronics, refurbish them, and then resell them in working condition.

So what does this mean for you?

If you've got gadgets lying around that you no longer want, we'll buy them.

New  A new product.

Mint  This product is in mint condition, it has been refurbished in brand new housing, and is cosmetically flawless - looks new. It may have a generic housing (cover) and the manufacturer logos might be removed. Functionally certified and 100% working.

A  This product is in great cosmetic condition, it reflects very light use, and displays little-to-no scratches. Functionally certified and 100% working.

B  This product is in good cosmetic condition, it reflects moderate use, and displays minor scratches and/or blemishes. Device may display light blemishes and may have a few housing mars. Functionally certified and 100% working.

C This product is in fair cosmetic condition, it reflects heavy wear and tear, and displays significant scratches, blemishes, and/or minor gouges. Parts of the screen may contain scratches. Functionally certified and 100% working.

D  This product is in heavily used cosmetic condition, it reflects severe wear and tear, and displays major scratches, blemishes, and gouges. A large portion of the screen may be covered with scratches. Functionally certified and 100% working.

F  For Parts, this product does not work and comes with no warranty. You may be able to fix it with the right tools but we make no guarantee.

Really? That sucks. We're dedicated to selling awesome products that we think you'll love, but sometimes the feeling isn't mutual.

Sometimes we screw up and something you buy doesn't work right, if that's what happened we'll give you your money back, as soon as possible. Just shoot us an email: returns at techrenew dot me and let us know what happened.

If you ordered something you no longer want, if you ship it back to us in the same condition you bought it in we'll give you your money back minus any eBay seller fees/original shipping or anything else like that. For bigger electronics like Desktop Computers or TV's shipping can be really expensive, which is why TechRenew.me now offers local pickup or delivery in the Wayne, PA area.  If you'd like to either pick up or have your purchase delivered just send us an email at local at techrenew dot me and we'll work out the specifics. Please note that as we are a small, family run business our time is often limited.
